The society takes complaints about members very seriously. If you have been subjected to, or witness any inappropriate behaviour, bullying, or harassment, please contact us at complaints (at) oxfordgradsoc.org. Please provide screenshots and evidence where possible.

If you have been removed from the society or affected by another restriction, you may request a review of the decision by emailing appeals (at) oxfordgradsoc.org. This is the Society's appeal process. Your request should identify the decision, explain why you believe it should be changed, and include any supporting evidence. No particular academic or legal format is required. The restriction remains in force while the review is considered. The Society may confirm, modify, or withdraw the restriction after considering your request and the information reasonably available to it. The Society may decline to reconsider substantially the same material repeatedly unless you provide relevant new evidence or circumstances.
