Join Oxford Postgraduate Society, in collaboration with Oxford SU, for a night of music, dancing and celebration in Oxford's purpose-built Grand Ballroom, right in the heart of the city. Designed by grads, for grads, The Graduate Lounge® brings together graduates from across colleges and departments for relaxed socialising and optional ballroom dancing.

FAQ: Your ticket questions answered
- Is this event only for students?
- No. You can buy a ticket for a friend or partner, and postdocs and staff are welcome too. The event is designed for graduates, but we are inclusive.
- What does "permitted guests" mean?
- This is an OXEX booking-system feature showing how many guest tickets you can purchase alongside your own ticket. Guest tickets are purchased separately and are not included in your personal ticket price.
- Are tickets refundable or transferable?
- Yes. Tickets are refundable up to five days before the event and remain transferable right up until the event.
- Can I upgrade to a VIP ticket?
- Yes. Buy a VIP ticket, then refund your existing ticket while it is still within the refund window. Check VIP availability and booking terms on OXEX before upgrading.
